Books are timeless~

Whether hard bound or paperback, the pages are filled with certain affections and illuminating reflections that we will forever embrace, as we look forward to sharing them with our family and friends.

I know I couldn’t wait to share a few favorites with my son: Golden Book’s Pokey Little Puppy and Dr Seuss’s Cat In The Hat. As he grew older, I introduced him to Ray Bradbury tales, like Fahrenheit 451 and The Illustrated Man. He has grown to be an avid reader, as well as a gifted writer and speaker. I’m so very proud of him.

Timeless is when the tables turn…. for myself, that came when my son shared with me one of his favorite books, the Holy Bible. It has become a gift that will continue to guide me and speak to my heart—for all my days.

Timeless are the relics of the past, as well as those great works that have yet to be written.

Books encourage awareness and imagination~

From childhood and into our adult years, books take us to undiscovered places and help us to dream and venture our way.

Words open our minds to possibilities and to the things that are intangible—talking bears, space odysseys and things that go bump in the night.

Let us always fall in love with stories that can awaken the child within us all.
